Please be advised that all items are individually hand-made by me, and there may be colour differences shown on the actual product and screen. Repeat or mass orders may also differ slightly in colour, sizes, shapes, and other notions.

When an order is made and payment received, I will pack the cuties within the next 24-48 hours and post them on the stated days below in my postage policy. Once you have placed your order I receive an email with your contact and will write you about the payment and shipping. Payment can be done through paypal or bank transfer. I will correspond with you all the information via my e-mail.

I regret to say I do not do custom order anymore.
Wholesale orders are welcome, provided you choose the designs from my store.

If you will like to have a back-order design made, please do feel free to drop me a line in my convo box, and I shall liaise with you on the work possibilities.

RESERVATION OF ITEMS:
Please send me a convo or email me at swiedebie [!at] gmail.com if you see any item that you like. I can reserve a maximum of up to 3 days for you (from the date of order) till payment is received. Otherwise, the item/s will be released back into the shop for sale.

NOTE FOR AGES:
Some items from Swiedebie are suitable for kawaii lovers/collectors from age 10 and above, and they are not suitable for young collectors because they contain choking hazardous parts. However, for the younger children from age 3-9, I have some items suitable for them. I will advise you to read my materials in each listing before you decide to make a purchase.
